Automated Candidate Matching

Once candidates have completed the activation criteria in DORS, they are available to match to any job that is posted on DORS. As soon as you post a job on DORS, our Automated Candidate Matching engine will search not only your database, but also the database of all other DORS subscriber agencies and return the candidate matches to you in order of highest percentage match.

Advanced Candidate Searching

You can search your internal database before posting a job on DORS. Our Advanced Candidate Search allows you to select detailed skills, personality profile and corporate culture information to help find the most suitable candidate on your internal system. This allows you to search both active and inactive candidates.

Job Order Pipeline

Once you post a job with DORS, you can manage your match list by short-listing candidates and performing multiple functions on the candidate record. Whatever step you are at with a candidate, whether it be Interested in Candidate only or Interviewing, you will be able to find all of the updated information on the job order.

Your candidates can register directly into your database by utilizing a link from your website, or your recruiter can email a link directly to them. Geographic Searches

Focus your search even further with our built in postal code recognition tool. Now you can identify all qualified candidates within a certain geographic area and find candidates that are willing to travel to the job location.
